Club Development - Sports Clubs

Consultation has concluded

The City of Onkaparinga is currently reviewing its Sport and Active Recreation Strategic Plan and as part of this review we are establishing levels of service for Club Development for not for profit volunteer managed organisation who provide physical activity in the City of Onkaparinga.

To assist us to do this we are seeking to understand what Club Development services you access, are looking for and what the main barriers your club faces when it comes to Club Development (think governance and leadership, not facilities, courts or ovals).

Voluntary work is an enormous source of social capital and contributes directly to the growth and development of social networks and social cohesion within our communities. The City of Onkaparinga recognises the importance of this sector and its volunteers in providing opportunities for the people who “Work, Live or Play” in our region to have physically active lifestyles.

The results of this survey will assist us to formulate an appropriate level of service for Club Development provided by the Onkaparinga Active Community Network (OACNET program).

The survey will take approximately 5 minutes to complete. To start survey please click here

Thank you.
