Building on the ‘Bush to Beach’ theme used throughout Stage 1
Planted earth mounds which complement the mound further along Beach Road
Screening/softening of existing informal car parks with garden beds
Upgraded pedestrian crossing for a safe connection between the shared use path and Beach road signed crossing point
BACKGROUND

The scope of work included the northern landscaping east of Burgess Road and the car parking and landscaping west of Burgess Road to David Witton Drive
The Noarlunga Regional Centre revitalisation is strongly supported by the Community Plan 2035 and is central to the Community Plan’s objectives of creating active and diverse destinations.
The Beach Road Streetscaping Project will deliver on the aspirations of the Noarlunga Regional Centre Revitalisation Project, whilst also improving the function and amenity of the area.
Upgrades to key streetscapes and gateways within the Centre have been ongoing since 2017.
