Coast to Vines Trail Closures - McLaren Vale and Seaford Rise

Consultation has concluded

Work is now underway to repair paths along two sections of the Coast to Vines Trail.

In order to complete the work, we will be required to close these sections:

  • Seaford Rise (south of Barbados Drive)
  • McLaren Vale (between McMutrie Rd and Rifle Range Rd)

Closures will occur at various times from 10 December 2018 through to March 2019.

  • Stage 1 has been completed
  • Stage 2 closure is from 25 February and completion of work is scheduled for March.

During these time, users will need to find an alternative route. The Cycle Instead Journey Planner may be able to assist in finding an alternative route.

Coast to Vines Trail

The Coast to Vines Trail stretches from Marino to Willunga and is a great way to experience some stunning natural landscapes including coastline, hills, creeks and river systems. We have established and are continuing to develop a significant network of recreational trails along these natural assets.
