Proposed declaration of private road as public road – Welland Street, Port Noarlunga

The City of Onkaparinga gives notice that it proposes to make a declaration under Section 210(1) of the Local Government Act 1999 (SA) to convert the following private road within its Council area into a public road:

  • The private road currently described as Allotment 200 in Deposited Plan 2142 comprised in Certificate of Title Volume 6239 Folio 873.

The private road is named and commonly known as Welland Street, Port Noarlunga (outlined in red on the aerial image attached in the document library).

The declaration will take effect no earlier than 18 January 2021.

Public notice of the proposed declaration has also been published in the South Australian Government Gazette and in The Advertiser.
