Road Reconstruction - Argyle / Braemar Avenue

Work has commenced

Construction commenced mid October 2020 and is estimated to be completed by the end of April 2021.

Work will consist of:

  • upgrading the footpath where required
  • Storm water system work
  • new kerbs and gutters
  • new road pavement
  • upgrading the street scape planting

Work will normally be undertaken between 7am-5pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

There may be some weekend work, but this will be avoided were possible.

As this project will go over the Christmas period, we will pause work for approximately two weeks. We'll share these dates once confirmed.

We will endeavour to minimise disruption to the community during this time and apologise for any inconvenience.


Background information

We recently sought community feedback about the proposed work, and any local knowledge of the area to assist the success of the road reconstruction and minimise inconvenience for residents during the work.
