Roy Terrace Christies Beach Road - Road, Drainage and Footpath Reconstruction

We're planning an upgrade for Roy Terrace, Christies Beach.
The project aims to reduce speeding issues, improve storm water runoff, provide further safety for pedestrians and motorists and improve the streetscape.
Construction is scheduled for 2021 and will consist of:
Replacing the existing road seal
Constructing new solid kerb protuberances
Re-configuring existing line marking
Replacing damaged segments of existing kerb and gutter
Replacing existing stormwater pits and kerb ramps where required
Constructing a new footpath along the western side of Roy Terrace between Beach Road and Gulfview Road
Replacing damaged sections of footpath and realigning where required along the eastern side of Roy Terrace
Reinstating/relocating the existing bus stops to current standards and to suit the proposed new road geometry
Reinstatement of all affected residential driveways and verges upon completion of the works using similar materials to existing
Introducing new street trees where possible
