A cookie is information stored on your computer by a website you visit. Cookies often store your settings for a website, such as your preferred language or location. Consultation has concluded
Testing has concluded - our brand new website was launched on 8 July
Thank you for helping to test our new website.
Background
We prioritised the services and content for the new site based on what people search for most often on our existing site, and the most common enquiries we receive in our call centre.
We sought feedback from community groups, general community members and staff, to help us make final refinements before the new website was launched.
Preparation - important information before you start testing
Please choose 3 webpages and 3 online forms to test (from the Website Testing Options in the document library) and note these down before you enter the pre-live website
The pre-live website will open in a separate browser for you to search for your webpages and forms
Feedback is via this Your Say page, not the pre-live website
You may wish to move between the test site and this page to provide feedback as you go
If you prefer to do your testing first and provide feedback at the end, you may need pen and paper to take notes as you go
During testing, if a form requires an email address you can use a dummy address, e.g. testallison@test.com
Testing will take approximately 10 minutes depending on skill level, and feedback a little longer depending on how much you want to tell us
If you start the testing but don't wish to continue, just click 'save and continue' on each page then the 'submit'button at the end of the survey. That way we'll capture the part/s you have tested.
Remember this is a test of our website, not a test of your skills. Your feedback is valuable to us.
Once you've chosen your 3 web pages and 3 online forms (and pen and paper if required) you are ready to start testing.
Ready?
Just click on our pre-live website to start testing. Thank you. We look forward to hearing from you.
