The Onkaparinga Outdoor Cinema Summer Series activation has been approved.
After consultation with the community, six activation proposals were approved by Council on 17 September.
In total 751 people participated in the surveys and we received strong support for six proposals including the Onkaparinga Outdoor Cinema Summer Series activation.

Background
We recently called for expressions of interest for proposals from interested parties to activate our foreshore and coastal areas for summer 2019-20 and with potential to continue for up to a two (2) year period.
Through the expression of interest process, we received a formal proposal from Saphron & Scantlebury to host 'Onkaparinga Outdoor Cinema Summer Series’ - a ticketed pop-up outdoor cinema with food and beverage offerings.
WHERE AND WHEN
The event is proposed to be held at Sauerbier House, Port Noarlunga (see the map of the proposed location).
Saphron & Scantlebury proposes to host the 'Onkaparinga OUtdoor Cinema Summer Series' between 6pm - 10.30pm on Saturday 18 January 2020.
Please be advised that Saphron & Scantlebury has submitted this proposal for up to a two (2) year period.
