Expansion officially opened!

We’re thrilled to announce the Aberfoyle Community Centre Expansion was officially opened on Saturday 15 February 2025 by Mayor Moira Were, alongside local MPs Erin Thompson and Nat Cook, marking a significant milestone for our community.

The expansion is located at the rear of the building and includes a new flexible room suitable for dance and ‘messy’ activities, a youth pod and an art studio space. These new spaces are tailored for a wide range of programs, such as arts, crafts, dance, exhibitions, social activities, and youth and family programs.

Over the next few weeks, the builder will address minor defects as part of final adjustments, with the centre anticipated to be fully operational shortly. We extend our gratitude to the community for your patience and enthusiasm throughout this project and look forward to seeing the centre buzzing with activity.
