    Those not in support said.....

    • concerned about the loss of valued green space used by children and families, increased traffic and safety risks on narrow residential streets.
    • frustrations over a lack of consultation, particularly with vulnerable groups and called for greater transparency, community benefit, and preservation of public open space.
    • impact of potential high-density development on neighbourhood character, property values, and the environment.

Those who were unsure said...

  • I have not seen what the proposed use of this land would be. What type of prospective buyer are you anticipating? Will it be sold to a developer for provision of multiple residential housing blocks? Would it be commercial property?
  • I do not live directly in the area, so it doesn't directly affect me. However, it may be of use to the surrounding houses for recreation or open space.
  • It is not noted the size of the blocks. I would like the land to be divided into no more than 3 housing blocks. This allows the owners to plant trees. Also, they would be similar in size to those in the court and in Wyman Way.
  • Could the land be turned into a reserve?
