Community land revocation proposal Woodlea Drive Aberfoyle Park
Council has received a request from the adjacent landowner to acquire a portion of the screening buffer reserve at Allotment 195 Woodlea Drive Aberfoyle Park.
The subject land, measuring approximately 146 sqm, is legally described as Allotment (Reserve) 195 in Deposited Plan 10724, comprised in Certificate of Title Volume 5740 Folio 766.
Following the council meeting on 14 October 2025, Council approved the land revocation process to commence.
