Do you remember the classic scene in the iconic Australian movie The Castle where Darryl Kerrigan’s lawyer tells the High Court “It’s the vibe of it …”

In simple terms, the vibe is the feeling you get when you walk in to a workplace. It’s how the environment makes you feel, how people behave and “the way we do things around here.”

A working group involving 36 staff has been established to help make our vibe great and a place where people feel engaged, connected and valued. Our first priority is to improve internal communication and recognition and we need your help!

You know what works best for you. Now is your opportunity to tell us. It’s super easy, and we genuinely want to hear from you…so come on now, don’t be shy.
