Further road closures from late May to early June

The Malpas Road reconstruction project is approaching its June completion, with dates now confirmed for final profiling and asphalting works.

We aim to minimise inconvenience to residents and businesses, however for the safety of the public and our contractors, further road closures and traffic detours are required. These works are an important step in improving the quality and safety of Malpas Road.

Please note: all dates are subject to weather conditions and other factors outside of Council’s control.

Please follow the traffic controller's directions and the detour signage which will be clearly marked on site.

Road Closure Schedule

To allow these works to be completed safely, Malpas Road will close in stages as outlined below:

Malpas Road - Bayliss Road to California Road) (including both intersections)

Malpas Road - California Road intersection only
