This project is not open for feedback. We’re simply informing the community about the upcoming works.
We are planning to reconstruct Malpas Road, Tatachilla to address significant pavement and seal defects, including shape deformation, potholes, and edge breaks. These works are required to prevent further deterioration of the pavement layers and ensure the road remains fit for purpose.
Works are supported by a $930,000 grant from the Special Local Roads Program (SLRP).
Detailed design has been completed with works scheduled to commence in late February.
To minimise inconvenience, roadworks have been scheduled to follow the completion of projects in the area by the Fleurieu Connections Alliance and SA Water. This coordination was to limit disruption and reduce impacts on traffic.
These works may require short-term lane closures, follow this page to be kept updated with specific timings and details about traffic management measures during the works.
