We are continuing to work through the processes required under the Native Vegetation Act 1991 and Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016 to gain approval to remove the identified trees. Approvals for the tree removals must be provided before work on the upgrade can begin. We will provide a further update once the tree removal application process has concluded.
