June Council meeting for decision

Thank you to everyone who provided feedback on potential sites for a community food hub in the City of Onkaparinga.

The community engagement across all three proposed locations has now ended.

What happens next?

A report, including feedback provided through the recent engagements will be presented to Council on 16 June 2026.

Can I read the report before the meeting?

From approximately 4pm on Thursday 11 June 2026, the report will be published online as part of the meeting agenda, on this page.

When is the meeting and can I attend?

The Council meeting is on Tuesday 16 June 2026 in the main City of Onkaparinga Council building in Noarlunga Centre.

Council meetings are open to the public to attend, however seating is limited to 35 people.

If you would like to attend the meeting, you are encouraged to register your interest here. Please note due to the limited capacity, registering does not guarantee entry, however it helps the council to manage attendance numbers.

If you attend, you’ll also need to sign in on the night.

Can I make a deputation at the meeting?

Yes. Information on how to do that is available here.

Can I read the engagement reports?

The engagement reports can be downloaded using the following links.

What if I can’t make it to the meeting?

The minutes of the Council meeting will be published on Council’s website before close of business on Thursday 18 June 2026.

A full video of the meeting will also be published on the website so you can watch the discussion. Check here on the afternoon of Thursday 18 June 2026.
