We are committed to maintaining, operating, and renewing our roads to ensure they meet the community’s needs, as outlined in the Road Network Plan. Regular maintenance, including our Annual Reseal Program, is vital to keeping our road network safe and reliable.

We are planning to resurface a segment of Old Coach Road, Maslin Beach between Tuit Road and Bourke Road to improve the road surface and ensure it meets current service level standards.

What you need to know:
  • Extent of works: You can view the scope in the Extent of Works Plan.
  • Timing: The works commence Monday 18 August 2025 and take approximately three days,
depending on weather and unforeseen delays.
  • Detours: Detour routes will be in place, via Main South Road please follow the instructions
from the traffic controllers and detour signs on site.
  • Night works: To minimise disruptions to traffic flows, this reseal will be undertaken as night
