The proposed licence is for the exclusive use of an 800-metre section of coastal beach south of Norman Road, Aldinga Beach during the event period 17 March to 24 March 2027, including three days for set-up and three days for pack-down.

The event celebrates the history of motorcycle racing, with a focus on vintage and classic motorcycles, and will feature demonstrations and displays. It will be a ticketed event, with the site fully fenced and monitored by 24-hour security.

Risk Management Plans have been developed to manage community and environmental safety, including measures to prevent unauthorised access to sand dunes and other environmentally sensitive areas within and around the licence area, except via designated access points.
