We're seeking your feedback on a proposal to enter long-term leases over Community Land known as Port Noarlunga, Christies Beach and Moana Surf Life Saving Clubs.

The granting of long-term leases over these facilities supports the continued use of the land for essential surf lifesaving services and related community activities, in line with Council’s Community Land Management Plan for General Community Areas, Service & Social Facilities.

While individual lease agreements are yet to be finalised, Council is proposing lease terms of up to 21 years to support this essential service to the community.
