Community Feedback

We asked the community to share their thoughts on the draft Bains Road, Woodcroft concept plan through an online survey.

Overall, from the outcome of this survey we determine the community to be supportive of the concept plan. We based this assumption on the evidence that with 74 downloads of the plan and 172 visits to the project page there were only six contributions of feedback provided. No concerns were raised, and the feedback provided was primarily positive in relation to the project or asking for additional elements.

The additional elements requested within the feedback included:

• Renewal of the footpath on the southern side of Bains Road (stated as narrow, uneven and vegetation covered)
• Addition of footpath outside of the concept plan area
• Parking on the northern side to accommodate recreation park users
• Inclusion of recycled materials in the project.
