The council shares news and information in lots of ways, but we know different things work for different people.
This short survey asked where you usually see council news and updates, how you prefer to receive information, and what topics interest you.
We asked about things like:
- how you want to receive council news, events, services and updates
- where you currently see council news and information
- what topics you’re interested in
- your thoughts on the council magazine, Onkaparinga Now
Whether you feel overloaded with information or feel like you miss important updates, this was your chance to tell us.

- the ways people can receive council updates
- the types of information people want to hear more about

- legal requirements council must follow, information council is required to publish, such as public notices or statutory updates
