Works are progressing and we are approximately 80% complete. The asphalt replacement has been delayed due to watermain issues and repairs.

To assist with managing the dust over the Christmas period, we have applied a dust seal to unsealed areas of the road being trafficked.

Several areas are still restricted pending completion of the water service repairs.

The asphalt works are scheduled to recommence mid-January 2026. This will be subject to watermain repairs and weather.

The remaining footpath installation, tree planting and line-marking will follow in early February 2026.

Murray Road will continue to remain under traffic restrictions until all works are complete.
