Noarlunga Project - next stage of Community Engagement – Online

The state government’s vision is to create a coordinated, integrated and master-planned residential development.

Renewal SA has commenced the next stage of community engagement for the Noarlunga Project. This engagement is focused on the open space reserve areas - community feedback will help guide the design, features, plantings and development of the open space for the Noarlunga Project.

You can view and provide feedback anytime online at https://renewalsa.mysocialpinpoint.com through to Sunday 12 January 2025.

This follows earlier engagement in July-August 2024, on the draft master plan – the Engagement Report is available to read on Renewal SA’s website - Renewal SA Noarlunga

Renewal SA is committed to ensuring that key stakeholders, including the local community, are engaged as part of the planning and design process for the Noarlunga Project.

Construction is expected to begin in early 2026, with the first residents moving in in early 2027.

Previous engagement

Between 27 July and 18 August Renewal SA undertook community engagement on the draft master plan for the development located across two land parcels to the east and west of Lovelock Drive.

A draft master plan was prepared by Renewal SA to guide the new development that will deliver over 600 new homes, transforming 22 hectares of vacant land into a vibrant community. The plan includes a mix of dwelling types, affordable and community housing, and new public open space. Sustainability and a 5-star Greenstar Community rating are key goals.
