Construction update
Exciting news! Construction of the Balee Park upgrade is scheduled to start in early December 2024.
Works will be undertaken between 7am-4pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
It is estimated that construction will be complete by mid March 2025.
Background
Exciting news! The playground at the park on Balee Road has been identified for an upgrade.
A draft concept plan has been developed that includes new playground equipment, basketball/netball rings and court, an irrigated turf area and more.
Consultation on the concept plan was open between 20 November and 11 December 2023.
