Park upgrade Richards Drive Morphett Vale
Construction update December 2024
Construction for the upgrade has been progressing well; however, we have unfortunately experienced delays with one of the equipment suppliers. The remaining pieces of equipment will be installed in the new year, and we aim to have the playground open to the public by the end of January 2025.
Background
The playground at the park on Richards Drive has been identified for an upgrade.
We developed a concept plan that included a new footpath connection to shared use path, playground equipment, fitness stations, shelter with picnic setting, drinking fountain and seating.
