Exciting news! We’re improving Wakefield Reserve in Morphett Vale.

Wakefield Reserve located on Highwray Drive in Morphett Vale has been identified for an upgrade. We would like to hear your ideas for the reserve.

A general arrangement concept plan has been developed for community feedback and consultation. This shows the potential location of new playground equipment including natural play elements, a footpath, an irrigated grass kickabout area, and tree planting.

We are holding a community drop-in session at Wakefield House as listed below to provide an opportunity for you to discuss the concept plan, provide any feedback and ask any questions you may have.

Part funding of this project has been contributed by Katrine Hildyard MP for Reynell for the amount of $250,000. Council has also approved $400,000 towards this project as part of the annual Project and Capital Works Program. The project is expected to be delivered in 2023.
