The community has consistently told us they'd like to see improvements to the safety, wayfinding and the appearance of Ramsay Place at its entrances.
Project update January 2025
We are excited to announce that BluScape have been selected to construct the first Ramsay Place entrance (Gateway One).
Gateway One is a laneway wedged between Council's administration building (west) and Noarlunga House (east).
Construction will begin in February 2025 and the laneway will be closed for a 4-month period while construction takes place.
This work will bring much needed colour, greenery, and amenity to the laneway at the same time Hopgood Theatre is being refurbished.
